How do we organize our project?:
We believe that, through publishing truly distinct books, we can become the platform for an exchange of ideas – of communication among the most motivated and creative chefs and their avid colleagues who are seeking out new techniques, new methods or, simply, new sources of inspiration.
What do we have to offer?:
1.- Several generations of experience in the publication of technical gastronomic books. Qualified personnel to work alongside the authors in regard to content and material, to help with the writing and to advise on the adequacy of the content to make the publications accessible to a specific audience.
2.- Prestige in the culinary branch of publication throughout 100 years.
3.- Various professional journals with several thousand subscriptions, which draw on a loyal, receptive clientele for our proposals.
